Refund and Returns Policy

At drunQtees, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return an item. To assist you with this process, we have outlined our Returns and Refunds policy in accordance with applicable U.S. and Canadian laws.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items purchased from drunQtees under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached. We do not accept returns for items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration.
  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
    • Customized or personalized items.
    • Items marked as “Final Sale.”
    • Underwear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons).

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@drunQtees.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if necessary.
  2. Return Shipping: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your item. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error was made by drunQtees.
    • U.S. Customers: In accordance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations, customers have the right to return defective or misrepresented products at no additional cost.
    • Canadian Customers: As per the Consumer Protection Act in Canada, customers are entitled to return items that are faulty or do not match the description.
  3. Shipping Carrier: You may use any carrier of your choice to return your item, but we recommend selecting a method with tracking to ensure safe delivery. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the item shows minor signs of wear or is missing original packaging).
  • Restocking Fee: In certain circumstances, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply. This will be communicated to you in advance if applicable.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@drunQtees.com.

  • U.S. Customers: Under the FTC’s Cooling-Off Rule, customers are allowed to cancel certain sales made at their homes or workplaces within 3 days. This does not apply to online purchases.
  • Canadian Customers: In accordance with provincial laws, defective items are eligible for exchange or refund without extra shipping charges.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent, please notify us immediately at support@drunQtees.com with a description of the issue and any photos. We will cover the return shipping costs for these items and offer a full refund or exchange.

6. Cancellations

  • U.S. Customers: Under the FTC rules, online orders can be canceled before the order has shipped. Once the order has been processed and shipped, our standard return and refund policy applies.
  • Canadian Customers: Similar to U.S. laws, Canadian customers may cancel an order before it has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, the item must be returned using the standard return policy.

7. International Returns

For customers outside of the U.S. and Canada, returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that international shipping fees and duties are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


8. Refund Processing Time

Refunds typically take:

  • U.S. Customers: 7-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
  • Canadian Customers: Depending on the payment provider, refunds can take between 5-15 business days.

9. Legal Rights

  • U.S. Customers: You have the right to receive a refund for any defective or misrepresented product under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and the FTC regulations.
  • Canadian Customers: Under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), you are entitled to a refund or replacement for any product that is defective, does not meet its description, or fails to perform as promised.
